SPEAKER INFORMATION

NCB is honored to have amazing speakers at this year's Luncheon. Below are their biographical summaries:

Keynote Speaker: Stephen Keeney, BS., TH.M., LATG, CMAR (Manager, Regeneron Phamaceuticals)

Stephen Keeney is manager of a genetically-modified mouse production facility with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Tarrytown, New York.  He joined Regeneron in 2009 as an animal care technician, with seven years of prior animal experience.  He is RLATG and CMAR certified, with a Th.M.  Other vocational experience includes 17 years in church ministry and 27 years licensed as an armed guard.

His life hobbies have been motorcycles, martial arts, rock climbing, knife collecting, and guitar.  He resides with his wife, stepson, and a menagerie of pythons, other snakes, lizards, cats, and a tarantula.

Steve finds his greatest satisfaction by helping other people in their life skills and careers, sharing lessons from his eclectic personal journey.  He has experienced the joy of success, but also the pain of recovering from catastrophic failure.  He believes that good people are the most important assets of any business, crucial to the desired final product.  A working principle of his team is “Bosses give orders, but leaders build leaders.”
